Tor Vorraa, Director
Master’s degree in urban and transportation planning from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU) earned in 1983. He worked as a highway designer, transport modeller and planner in Norway, Germany and the UK. Part of Citilabs management team from its start in 2001, he co-founded V&B Software Services Ltd (now citiEU Consultancy LTD) in 2009 and Citilabs Middle East Consultancy (now citiME Consultancy LLC) in 2015. He oversees a team of professionals in carrying out the various projects awarded to the two companies. Tor is a certified Bentley trainer for the software packages Cube
Alberto Brignone, Director
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering earned at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1998. He started his career as a transport planner and modeller, working on a wide range of projects worldwide. In 2006 joined Citilabs as regional director, with responsibilities related to sales and training in the use of Cube in several countries. In 2009 he co-founded V&B Software Services LTD (now citiEU Consultancy LTD), and in 2015 he co-founded Citilabs Middle East LLC (now citiME Consultancy LLC). He oversees a team of professionals in carrying out the various projects awarded to the two companies. Alberto is a Member of the UK TPS and is a certificated Italian Engineer “CertIng+ Advanced”. Alberto is a certified Bentley trainer for the software packages Cube
Paolo Mariotti, Senior Consultant
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering earned at “Università Degli Studi di Padova” in 2001. He started his career in 2002 as a transport planner and modeller, gaining an excellent knowledge in Cube software (Base, Voyager, Analyst, Avenue). Since 2007 he collaborates with Citilabs and citiEU/citiME. Previously, he worked for NIER Engineering at Bologna and Systematica Spa in Milan. Paolo is a certified Bentley trainer for the software packages Cube
Lorenza Manenti, Senior Consultant
PhD in “Computer Science” earned at Università Degli Studi di Milano Bicocca in 2013. She works with citiEU/Citilabs Middle East since 2016 as an experienced modeller for microscopic traffic studies. She is also involved in pedestrian and traffic macroscopic modelling studies, with experience in model calibration and validation, traffic demand preparation, and results analysis. Before joining citiEU/citiME, she worked as a senior transport modeller for AECOM, London. Lorenza is a Member of the UK Transport Planning Society. Since January 2021, Lorenza is the companies’ head of training services. Lorenza is a certified Bentley trainer for the software packages Cube and LEGION
Guglielmo Baré, Senior Consultant
Master’s degree in “Land and Environmental Engineering” earned at Politecnico di Milano in 2014. He presented a thesis based on the development of a Cube Land prototype model for the city of Milan. Since June 2014, he works with citiEU/citiME as a consultant and Cube Modeller, working on Land Use prototypes integrated with transport models and GIS. During his career, he gained extensive experience in developing Cube Models both at the national and international levels. He has good capabilities in data analysis and Discrete choice model Calibration. Guglielmo is a certified Bentley trainer for the software package Cube.
Antonio Restuccia, Senior Consultant
Master’s Degree in Civil – Transport Engineering earned in 2012 at “Università Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria”. Since 2013, he has been working extensively – in Italy and the United Kingdom – developing and applying transport models, using a range of modelling software, analysis and databases packages, and gaining a good experience with Cube. He has started working for citiEU/citiME in 2019. Previously he worked for TBridge (Genoa/Milan) and Systra Ltd (Woking). Antonio is a member of the UK Transport Planning Society. In addition, Antonio is a certified Bentley trainer for the software package Cube.
Luigi Sanfilippo, Senior Consultant
Master’s Degree in Traffic Engineering earned at the University of Palermo in 2011 and PhD in “Technology and Economic of Transport” earned in 2015. He has a vast experience in planning and programming traffic lights systems and developing microsimulation models. Luigi worked in Germany for three years (2015 – 2018), specialising in traffic engineering, with responsibilities for projects in Germany, Netherlands and United Kingdom. During this time. Since March 2018 works with citiEU/citiME as Transport Planner/Modeller, with responsibilities for traffic model development, support, and training of the Cube software in several countries. Since June 2021, Luigi is the company’s head of sales for IntuVision VA® and TomTom®. In addition, Luigi is a certified Bentley trainer for the software package Cube.
Antonello Racina, Consultant
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering earned at the University of Basilicata in 2014. From 2012 to 2018 he worked as an analyst of mobility demand and local public transport services. He has experience in the analysis and elaboration of mobility data in the microsimulation of road traffic and evaluating local public transport costs. He acquired this expertise during his private practice years and as a research fellow at the University of Basilicata. In 2018 he joined citiEU/citiME as a transport engineer and modeller. Antonello is a certified trainer for the software package Cube
Gabriele Contini, Consultant
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Transport and Mobility earned in 2016 at the Università Degli Studi di Cagliari. He works as a transport engineer since 2017. He gained good knowledge in modelling transport systems, primarily in macrosimulation, with software as Cube and Visum. He worked at Systematica Mlab and Centralabs in Cagliari. He joined In 2018 citiEU/citiME, with responsibilities as transport engineer and modeller. Gabriele is a certified trainer for the software package Cube
Mohammadamin Alizadeh Meinagh, junior Consultant
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering for Risk Mitigation earned in 2021 at Politecnico di Milano. He graduated by presenting crash data analysis using artificial neural networks, comparing the results with regressive models, and publishing a scientific paper. In addition, he gained skills in transportation modelling, specifically with CUBE software and microeconomics of transportation, during his academic career. In August 2021, he joined citiEU/citiME, with responsibilities as transport engineer and modeller.
